The first product being delivered to Mr. Rajesh. P., Manager cum representative of SYSMANTECH and HCL Systems by Mr. Sujith Kumar M.K. , project manager for software solutions in CERTES

CERTES, the virtual incubatee of T-TBI, launched their fourth product ASIS- a novel entrance training software. ASIS is the acronym for Automatic Surveying Invigilation Scheme which act as a website that works offline from the CD. The first product has been delivered to Mr. Rajesh. P., Manager cum representative of SYSMANTECH and HCL Systems by Mr. Sujith Kumar M.K., project manager for software solutions in CERTES. SYSMANTECH also received the dealership rights for ASIS. CERTES CEO Bobin Paul , MD Mr. Abhilash Jhonny, CFO Mr. Arun S Praveen, CTO Mr. Vishnu V Nath and CMO Mr. Nithin Gopal were also present in the function. Certes is a student company that came out of Matha College , North Paravur and is presently working as virtual incubatee of Technopark  TBI.

Innovation & Entrepreneurship Development Centre (IEDC) Inaugurated at Mar Baselios College of Engineering and Technology

Mr.Mervin Alexander, Chairman, Technopark TBI during the inaugural addressAn IEDC has been formally inaugurated at Mar Baselios College of Engineering and Technology on January 15, 2010 in the College Auditorium with the support of Technopark TBI

The IEDC was inaugurated by Mr.Mervin Alexander, CEO Technopark by lighting the lamp. The inaugural function was presided over by Dr.T.M.George, Principal. Mr.K.C.Chandrasekharan Nair, CFO, Technopark and Programme Coordinator-New Initiatives, Technopark and Registrar, Technopark TBI delivered the keynote address. Rev.Fr. John Thundiyath, Bursar and Mr.Sreejith. S, Technical Officer, Technopark TBI  also attended the function.

Addressing the students Mr.Mervin Alexander said that the IEDC will act as a catalyst to create entrepreneurial ventures from the college and the major objective is to promote Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the campus and also to exploit and effectively convert the skills and expertise within the institute to create entrepreneurial ventures.

In the keynote address Mr.K.C.Chandrasekharan Nair, CFO Technopark pointed out that “Technopark, through the Technology Business Incubation initiatives, is creating an ecosystem and a fertile ground that promotes the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship throughout the state.

Rev.Fr. John Thundiyath, Bursar pointed out that IEDC shall be a source of motivation to the students to dream and set their goals higher. He pointed out the examples of startup entrepreneurs from the college.

Student startups from the college by Mr.Aravind, CEO, Enythin Technologies, who will be working out of the college IEDC as a virtual incubatee of Technopark TBI and Mr. Gokul Nath who participated with his sports innovator competition of NEO sports made their company

Technopark TBI Virtual Incubatee bags ISBA Award for the Best Start up Company

Catalyse Scientific Technologies , virtual incubatee of Technopark TBI working out of  Garden City College Bangalore won the award for the best start up company in Biotech area for the year 2009. The award will be handed over during ISBA 2010 during Feb 8-10, 2010 at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. 

 Technopark TBI- Chairman and CEO, Technopark Mr. Mervin Alexander congratulated Dr.Biju Jacob, CEO of Catalyse on this achievement.
